The Space Centre offers a variety of solutions for Business Customers looking for Commercial Lease Space.

There is no need to purchase your own forklift or material handling equipment as we have the staff and equipment to handle all your shipping and receiving needs.

For clients who need to store larger atypical items the building features loading docks, drive-in truck entrances, and material handling equipment (fork lift, pallet jack and dollies). Customized storage units (with shelves and racks) can be constructed to accommodate these larger-than-average storage spaces. Business clients may make use of fax and copier services. For a nominal fee, our friendly Customer Service staff will facilitate shipping and deliveries right to your business space.
