It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a lock for the locker and only one lock is permitted per locker. (Clause 13)

Insurance is the responsibility of the customer. (Clause 12)

The storage of food or food products is not permitted. (Clause 15)

The storage of any poisonous, flammable, or explosive items including propane tanks and gas cans are not permitted. (Clause 15)

Inside boat and vehicle storage is "valet style" and as such the Space Centre reserves the right to move the boat or vehicle as required.

Invoices are not sent out; it is the customer’s responsibility to pay on time. (Clause 8)

Minimum rental period is one (1) month. (Policy)

Rents are due and payable in advance & late fees apply for late payments. (Clause 9)

The customer must sign out at the office after the locker is completely empty and swept out in order to qualify for a refund. (if applicable) (Clause 7)

Please note: Smoking and Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicle must be in running order before we will agree to on site storage.

We do not allow repairs of any kind on site.

We recommend you store your vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

You must sign the logbook before visiting your vehicle.

There is a $15 security deposit due with the first months rent. You must sign out at the office in order to qualify for a refund.

Inside Storage Customers

24 Hrs notice is required when removing your vehicle.

Boats must be winterized before being stored for the winter.

Vehicles may not be started while in storage.

Inside storage does not include in and out privileges.

Vehicles are not permitted to be stored on blocks.

Compound Storage Customers

Your vehicle must be backed into the parking stall.

Your vehicle must be parked in the center of the parking stall. Use the number block as a reference.

Your parking pass must be displayed on your vehicle at all times.
