Please note: There are reduced hours on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. 
We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Rental Policies
Rents are due and payable one month in advance. Late fees are applied for late payment and access to the locker may be denied. Please note: We do not send out invoices.

Deposits
There is a $15.00 refundable security deposit required for each locker that is rented.

Min. Rental Period
There is a one month minimum rental period after which the rent is pro-rated by the day. Please note that upon vacating you must sign out at the office to qualify for a refund of rent and security deposit.

Notice to Vacate
Prior notice is not required when vacating however you are required to come to the office and sign out after the locker is completely empty and swept out. Please note you must sign out at the office to qualify for a refund of rent and security deposit.

Locks
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a lock for the locker and only one lock per locker is permitted. Locks are available for sale at the office.

Packing Supplies
A full selection of packing supplies is available at the office. Boxes, packing paper, mattress bags, packing tape, tape dispensers, markers, rope, etc. are all available at the office.

Insurance
Insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer. In most cases you can advise your insurance company that you are storing at the Space Centre and they will extend any existing coverage to include storage.

Truck Clearance
The clearance for trucks varies depending on the building. Clearance is 7' 4", 9'10" or 14'0". Please contact our office staff if you have any specific requirements.

Door Dimensions
Door dimensions vary between 3' to 10' wide and 7' to 10' high depending on the locker. Please contact our office staff if you have any specific requirements.

Ceiling Heights
Most ceilings are 8, 9, or 10 feet high however we do have some units that are 18' high. Please contact our office staff if you have any specific requirements.

Food Products
The storage of food or food related products are not permitted.

Hazardous Goods
The storage of any poisonous, flammable, corrosive, or explosive items including propane tanks or gas cans is prohibited.

Mechanical Repairs
Mechanical repairs of vehicles or other equipment is not permitted.

Smoking, Drinking
Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages on site is prohibited.

Pets
Pets are not permitted on site.
