Policies and Hours

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sundays & Holidays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
RV Storage Access 6:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.

Please note: Reduced hours apply on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Closures: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

RENTAL POLICIES

Rents are due and payable one month in advance. Late fees are applied for late payment and access to the locker may be denied.

Minimum rental period is one (1) month.

There is a refundable security deposit equal to a half month of rent required for each storage unit that is rented.

Prior notice is not required when vacating however you are required to come to the office and sign out after the storage unit is completely empty and swept out.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a lock for the storage unit and only one lock per locker is permitted. We are a disc lock only facility. Locks are available for sale at the office.

Storage Insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The storage of food or food related products are not permitted

The storage of any poisonous, flammable, corrosive, or explosive items including propane tanks or gas cans is prohibited.

Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages on site is prohibited.

Pets are not permitted on site.
